I was shocked! I realized that women are looking for ways to support their families outside of the traditional 9 to 5 job, but their ventures are not creating the kind of life that they’re dreaming about.
Let’s be honest, no one says, “I think I’ll quit my job to make $12,000 a year in my own business.”
After working with thousands of women throughout my career and after serving my one-on-one clients, I know that many women dream of creating a six-figure business so they can live life on their terms!
I can relate. I’m a driven fempreneur.
After years working in corporate and non-profit settings, I created my own successful and profitable consulting company.
I was maxed out, stressed out, and burned out because I was a perfectionist and workaholic who didn’t know any better.
I wasn’t serving my dream clients and I didn’t have business systems or know how to lead a team to help me.
I grew my consulting company the way most business owners do, by adding more clients to make more money, of course.
Yes, I had my own business, but in reality, I “owned” my job. My business couldn’t run itself without me and I could never take a vacation without having to do something while I was away.
I thought this was all normal. Until tragedy hit. A series of life events forced me to reconcile how I’d been living. My mother-in-law suffered a stroke and was hanging on for life.
A few weeks later the doctor’s office called and informed me that I was not going to be a mom. I was crushed.
I thought I was in complete control of everything, but those experiences brought me to my knees and forced me to ask myself: what was truly important and how was I living my life?
I realized that I wasn’t serving who I was truly meant to serve in my current business.
I was great at what I what I did, but I wanted freedom. Secretly, I would wake up some mornings and be so overwhelmed with stress and anxiety that it was hard for me to get out of bed.
I didn’t want to live that life anymore!
I wanted something that was more fulfilling, something bigger and I didn’t want to sacrifice my family in the process of success.
That’s when I started massively investing in myself. I read books, joined a private mastermind, and business coaching program.
I learned from the best in the business – all seven-figure business owners. In fact, every coach I’ve had has been more successful than me.
If you’re not earning what you want or your business isn’t where you want it to be, it simply means you don’t know something yet.
The path to success requires everyone to go to another level.
Your life can be dramatically different just weeks from now! I have seen it my own life.
I can honestly say that I’m not the same woman I was this same time last year. It all started with a decision. A decision to do something different than I was doing right then.
I’m creating a community of like-minded women who push the boundaries of what’s possible in life and business.
A new generation of six-figure women business owners who aren’t afraid of being bold with their desires, who want success and who don’t want to sacrifice time with their family in the process.
